Sit down and become aware of your uterus and ovaries. Take a deep breath and place your hands on your pelvis with your palms toward your body. As you breathe out, pull your pelvic belly inward as if you were bringing your navel to your spine. This will compress your sexual organs. With your exhale, make the sound CHEWWW and imagine that you are releasing any pain or negative experiences from your uterus and ovaries.
