I guess it’s no surprise that the term confused people, because most people associate sexuality with either negative things, or that in some way that it is dirty.
Naughty is another word people use, as if we are eternally stuck in an infantile expression of sexuality that’s stuck in denial, lack of self knowledge and avoidance.
That keeps us feeling disempowered; chasing release and satanic that never quite does it.
The last thing that a sophisticated relationship with sexuality will do is get you in trouble; this is about moving out of the space where sexual energy is controlling you and to transform it into your loyal servant.
After all, you’re boss, right?
So be the boss!
Because if you’re not the master of this energy it’s likely to get you in trouble.
It’s no one’s fault that they are constantly battling, this is exactly how society sets us up to relate to our most powerful source energy.
Sad fact is that those who actually manage to win the battle and repress it block themselves off from the most powerful energy they have and risk disease.
I can confirm from client after client it’s possible to be free of the cycle of repression to just enjoy it; rapidly!
They say sex addiction; not because it’s addictive but because it’s so easy to end up battling our nature instead of forming a relationship with it.
This is a huge pitfall for spiritual people and it’s surprises me how many yoga guys have porn addictions and intimacy issues; or yoga women with shut down sexual and intimacy energies.
Integrating sexual energy is one of the most powerful tools that you can access. It’s also way easier than most people think, if you know what to do.
The benefits go far beyond the bedroom into every aspect of your life.
There are degrees to it for sure, and it’s up to you how far you take it, or if you want to remain at its mercy as many do.
